Orders and Shipping
The delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose during checkout. Generally, our standard shipping takes 3-7 business days within the US. We also offer expedited shipping options for faster delivery.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your shipping address before your order is shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order on our website or on the carrier’s website.
For security reasons, we do not keep credit card information on file.
We currently ship to the US, Canada and rest of the world. Please contact us if you have any questions about shipping to your location.
We do our best to ship all items in one package whenever possible. However, if you have ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for more information.

If your order arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue and provide you with a replacement or refund.

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your shipping address before your order is shipped.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer pre-orders for items that are sold out. Please check back on our website for updates on when the item will be restocked.
